Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes content and conduct that is prohibited on Streama Studios. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, stream termination, or Account suspension or termination.
1. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for everything you upload, broadcast, transmit, or share through the Service, and for ensuring you have all rights and permissions required. When in doubt, do not post it.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload, stream, host, or share Content that:
- is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- infringes or misappropriates intellectual-property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret) or violates privacy or publicity rights — see our Copyright & DMCA Policy;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We report such material to the appropriate authorities;
- is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexually explicit content involving non-consent or deception;
- incites or threatens violence, or promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or organized criminal activity;
- harasses, bullies, defames, or targets others with hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics;
- depicts gratuitous gore, or promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, or a scam, including impersonation, phishing, pyramid schemes, or fake giveaways;
- contains malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems or data; or
- violates the privacy of others, including sharing personal or confidential information without consent (“doxxing”).
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, our systems, or those of our providers, without authorization;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or breach security or authentication measures;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service attacks, excessive requests, or overloading infrastructure;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or use bots to artificially inflate views, watch time, or engagement;
- circumvent usage, storage, bandwidth, concurrency, or geographic limits, or share stream keys to evade Plan limits;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or
- use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
4. Live streaming & chat
Live broadcasts and chat must follow this AUP in real time. Broadcasters are responsible for their streams and for moderating their chat, including using the moderation tools we provide (message deletion, bans, slow mode, and disabling chat). We may interrupt or terminate any live stream and remove chat messages that violate this AUP or applicable law.
5. Reporting & enforcement
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, contact abuse@streamastudios.com (for copyright, use dmca@streamastudios.com). We may investigate and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing Content, limiting features, suspending or terminating Accounts, preserving information, and cooperating with law enforcement. We may act with or without notice depending on the severity and legal requirements. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
