Copyright & DMCA Policy
Effective June 28, 2026 · Last updated June 28, 2026
Quantum Regal Digital Labs respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of Streama Studios to do the same. This policy explains how to submit copyright-infringement notices and counter-notices, and our policy on repeat infringers.
1. Designated copyright agent
Send copyright notices to our designated agent:
- By email: dmca@streamastudios.com (fastest)
- By mail: Copyright Agent, Quantum Regal Digital Labs, Quantum Regal Digital Labs, Accra, Ghana
Please use email where possible. We process notices that substantially comply with the requirements below and, where applicable, the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512) and comparable laws.
2. Filing a notice of infringement
If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, provide a written notice that includes all of the following:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list);
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — ideally the exact URL(s) (for example, a
/watchor/livelink); - your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Note: Under applicable law, you may be liable for damages (including costs and legal fees) if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing.
3. Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material and take reasonable steps to notify the affected user. We may forward the notice (including your contact details) to that user.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe your Content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@streamastudios.com including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice (or their agent).
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.
5. Repeat-infringer policy
Consistent with our Terms of Service, we will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the Accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we may limit or remove access to the Service for users subject to repeated valid notices.
6. Trademark & other IP
For trademark concerns or other intellectual-property complaints that are not copyright, contact legal@streamastudios.com with details of the right, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
